Biggs Consulting Engineering was founded in 2010 by David Biggs, P.E., S.E.

The structural engineering firm specializes in forensic engineering, masonry design, and restoration.  In addition, the firm is involved with research projects and provides consulting for the development of new masonry products. Additional work includes design and review of new construction, evaluation of existing structures, and disaster investigations.
